A little bit about me...

Hello, again, I'm Lucy. Your local, friendly, approachable, happy-go-lucky, super social, knows-what-they're-doing and so on copywriter from Huddersfield. (and breathe)

I’ve been in the trade for 7 and a bit years, and I’ve recently taken the leap into my own freelance venture full-time. After spending three years living and working in the creative industry in Australia, I returned to the UK with a fresh perspective and a drive to do things my own way. I decided to take matters into my own hands and build a business that prioritises the personal connection that big agencies often miss.

My creative journey started with a Journalism degree in York, and since graduating, I’ve worked across the marketing spectrum, learning everything from technical SEO, website management and creative content writing. I chose the freelance route because I believe I can offer a higher standard of quality and a more dedicated service than you’d typically find at a large firm. (no hate)
